Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.
 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your return status and process your refund or replacement as applicable.
Note: Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
