Return Policy
We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your return status and process your refund or replacement as applicable.
Note: Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email orders@saffronate.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once you receive it (subject to the return policy above).
