ORIGIN STORY
The same Herat saffron and the same specialty origins as Premium, dialed to an everyday balance. Gold is where most people meet Saffronate for the first time.
BREWING RECOMMENDATIONS
Drip. A 1:16 ratio, about 2 tablespoons of grounds per 8 oz of water, for a balanced extraction.
Turkish. In an ibrik or cezve, combine 2 tablespoons of grounds with 6 oz of cold water. Heat slowly until it begins to foam, do not boil, and pour immediately.
Espresso. A standard dose of 18 to 20 grams, ground fine to your machine. Ideal for Italian espresso.
